- Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. The order may be cancelled by addressing an email to us to by calling and cancelling the order at the given customer care number.
- Not all products are eligible for cancellation. Many product/items which are under Sale, promotion, offers are not eligible for cancellation are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page for that product.
- Please write to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (8239117227) the customer care number and state the reason of your return in the subject line of the email. Our customer care team will authorize the cancellation request.
- Our store administrators on receiving the products may approve or reject your cancellation request, regarding which you will be notified by email. Our Customer Care Team must receive and approve your cancellation request. Once your request is received and approved with code.
- Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Returns of good that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused. Please note that goods should be in original condition for them to be eligible for return. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged and all packaging, labels, tags and invoice copy must remain intact and be attached with the item. If these are not available the product will not be eligible for return.
- In the event you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at email@example.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the payment source. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%) as its a charge beyond our control.
- All International Orders placed will not be eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.
