You can request an at-home pickup for eligible returns and exchanges.

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores.

• All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with tags, labels, barcodes and invoice.

• Home products such as Bedcovers, Bedsheets, Quilts, Dohars and Table Linen cannot be exchanged if the packaging seal is opened.
