You can request an at-home pickup for eligible returns and exchanges.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit note amount.

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores.

• All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with tags, labels, barcodes and invoice.
  
• Sale, promotional, customised and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• COD orders are eligible for exchange only. No refunds are applicable.

• Home products such as Bedcovers, Bedsheets, Quilts, Dohars and Table Linen cannot be exchanged if the packaging seal is opened.
